European Movement in Albania (EMA) supported by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) and Open Society Institute (OSI), Think Tank Fund, has produced a policy paper entitled "Brain Gain Policies and their impact on the European Integration Process of Albania". This policy paper was presented during the series of Policy Forums on European Integration organized on 4 June 2010.
Gledis Gjipali, the Executive Director of European Movement in Albania, is the author of the country report for 2010 'Nations in Transit' published annually by Freedom House. The report analyzes the progress' level of Albania in terms of democratization in important areas such as: National Democratic Governance; Electoral Process; Civil Society; Independent Media; Local Democratic Governance; Judicial Framework and Independence; and Corruption.
European Movement in Albania (EMA) supported by Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative of the Open Society Institute - Budapest, has produce a polcy paper entitled "Accessing Integration: Problems and Solutions to Adapting IPA in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia".
Njohja nga afer e punes se Kuvendit te Shqiperise
(Trajnim dhe praktike )
Levizja Europiane ne Shqiperi (EMA) ne kuader te projektit "Program Internship-i ne Kuvendin e Shqiperise", mbeshtetur nga National Endowment for Democracy (NED) i ofron studenteve shqiptare mundesine qe te njihen nga afer me punen dhe menyren e funksionimit te Kuvendit te Shqiperise. Ky projekt do te zhvillohet ne periudhen Mars - Korrik 2010.
Rritja e njohurive dhe e angazhimit te te rinjve ne administraten publike, njohja me nga afer me strukturat shteterore, menyren e funksionimit te tyre dhe procesin legjislativ ne vecanti, jane disa nga objektivat qe synohet te arrihen permes kesaj iniciative. Gjate praktikes, studentet do te marrin pjese ne seancat plenare dhe ne sesionet e komisioneve parlamentare duke u njohur me ne detaj me punen e tyre. Gjithashtu ata do te ndjekin nje trajnim dy ditor dhe do t'iu vihet ne dispozicion nje pakete me dokumente te rendesishme ligjore.
Aplikantet qe jane te interesuar te marrin pjese ne kete projekt duhet te permbushin keto kritere:
- Te jene studente ne nje nga Universitetet e Shqiperise, profili i shkencave shoqerore;
- Te jene te pakten ne vitin e 3 te studimeve universitare ose ne vitin e pare DND;
- Te zoterojne njohuri te mira kompjuterike dhe te gjuhes angleze.
Studentet e interesuar duhet te paraqesin nje CV dhe nje leter motivimi ku te shpjegohet qellimi dhe interesi i pjesemarrjes ne kete program. Nga kandidaturat e paraqitura do te perzgjidhen 10 kandidatet me te mire.
